Excel Dashboard and Customization

I need an Excel expert to create a customized dashboard and formulas for an import file. The dashboard will be used for a time tracker and will include Gantt charts for visualizations. I also want pie charts, create a formula for me to see individual people hours billed to client. Make it easy for me to present to leadership meetings.
