Excel Contract Management Dashboard

I manage three service contracts—vehicle, clothing, and travel—and need a single, customizable dashboard in Excel that consolidates everything in one place. The workbook should let me enter or import raw data on separate sheets, then display a clear, table-driven summary of contract details, performance, SLA compliance, costs, and upcoming renewal dates.

Key points to cover
• Primary view in tables (pivot tables or Power Query are fine) with filters so I can drill down by contract or period.
• KPIs to surface: completion rates, service quality, hours or days spent, budget vs. actual costs, and any SLA breaches.
