I need a seasoned EPC presentation specialist to distill a sovereign-backed €500 million energy project into a concise 15-slide deck for the Presidential evaluation panel on May 31.

Event: Presidential Panel Presentation – State of the Central African Republic
Presentation Date: End of May 2026 (exact date TBC)
The story has to flow from national-level impact down to execution detail. You will shape high-level strategy into executive-ready graphics—clean graphs and charts that can stand on a large conference screen—while retaining the engineering depth an EPC audience expects. Think polished Gantt-style timelines, phased milestones, cap-ex/op-ex breakdowns, and a clear risk-mitigation matrix, all wrapped in the calm authority typical of government visuals.
I will supply raw schedules, budget sheets, and risk registers as soon as we start. You translate them into:
• A master Gantt chart summarising the full construction window
• Budget and financing visuals that track disbursement over time
• A risk dashboard with probability/impact coding and mitigation status
Acceptance criteria
• Exactly 15 landscape slides in PowerPoint (.pptx)
• Consistent colour palette and typography suitable for government briefings
• Data points traceable back to the source files I provide
• Draft for comments within four days; final version delivered no later than 31 May
Requirement Detail
Title/Experience: Senior Project Director, FEED Manager, or Technical Advisor (15+ years in Oil & Gas / Industrial Infrastructure)
Relevant Project Type: Modular refineries, tank farms, cement plants, or integrated industrial complexes in emerging markets
Presentation Experience: Proven track record presenting to government bodies, lenders, or investment committees
Language: English fluency (French a plus, but an interpreter will be provided)
Deliverable Due Date
Technical slides 5 days before presentation
Rehearsal completion 2 days before presentation
Live presentation + Q&A Day of presentation
