End-to-End IBM Cognos Reports

I’m looking for an IBM Cognos specialist who can take a set of business requirements and guide it from initial concept all the way through to a polished, production-ready report. Our data lives in an Oracle database, so you’ll need to be comfortable writing and tuning complex SQL to feed each report.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Translate high-level requirements into a solid Framework Manager model.
• Build and format the final reports and dashboards in Cognos Analytics, ensuring they’re intuitive and visually consistent.
• Optimise SQL and report queries for performance against Oracle.
• Set up scheduling, bursting, and basic security rules so the right users get the right data.
• Document your work clearly and walk our business users through the finished product.
