Editable Visio Flowchart / Flowdiagram Creation

Recreate Colourful Process Flow Diagrams as Fully Editable Visio & Lucid chart File (14 Files)


I have a WMS (Warehouse Management System) process flow diagram currently available as an image and need an experienced freelancer to professionally recreate it as a fully editable diagram compatible with Visio and Lucidchart. The file is uploaded and each tab should be created as a separate file.

The diagram includes:

* 5 vertical swim lanes
* Process/activity boxes
* Decision diamonds
* Conditional branches
* Error and warning flows
* System actions
* ERP integration
* Connectors and arrows

Key Requirements

This must be manually recreated as a proper editable process diagram. I do not want a simple image-to-SVG conversion, flattened image, or traced graphic.

I must be able to:

* Edit all text
* Move and resize shapes
* Edit decision diamonds
* Change colours
* Add/delete process steps
* Re-route connectors and arrows
* Extend the workflow later

Deliverables:

* Fully editable source file (Visio)
* Lucidchart-compatible file
* Editable SVG
* PDF export
* PNG preview

Freelancer Requirements

Experience with:

* Lucidchart
* Process flow diagrams
* Swimlane diagrams
* BPMN/workflow design
* Editable SVG/vector diagrams

These are initially for few of the WMS Process Flows. If the quality is good, there will be additional process diagrams to create.
