Early-Phase Trial Excel Dashboard
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m running an early-phase study that spans three parts and ten cohorts, and all our screening/dosing dates plus a brief protocol synopsis already sit in one Excel workbook. What I need is a polished, single-page graph that instantly tells me how we’re pacing:
• It must show completion rates for every cohort.
• Key milestone dates (first-in, last-in, last-out) need to be visible.
• The layout should make it obvious which of the three study parts each cohort belongs to.
I’d like the chart to refresh itself automatically whenever we drop new data into the source sheet—feel free to use dynamic ranges, PivotCharts, Power Query, or whatever you think works best, as long as everything stays inside the file with no external links.
Once awarded, I’ll send the existing Excel file so you can build directly on top of it and include brief, bullet-style instructions on how my team can keep it updated. When you reply, please mention what chart type you’d use (stacked bar, Gantt-style timeline, combo, etc.) and any similar enrollment dashboards you’ve created for clinical trials.
