Dynamic Word Report/Proposal Revamp - Design Needed for 6 hours starting NOW
Budget: $10 – $300 USD
I will hand you my existing Word report along with the supporting Excel sheet and need it transformed during a single five-hour sprint. The goal is to elevate the overall look, tighten the layout, and wire the document so every visual element refreshes itself the moment the source data changes.
Scope
• Redesign the Word file—fonts, spacing, colour palette, headers/footers—so the finished piece feels clean and contemporary rather than the plain default styling it has now.
• Insert live data-driven visuals:
– Charts and graphs
– Tables that use conditional formatting for quick insight
– A few well-placed infographics to break up text and spotlight key metrics.
• Link each visual back to the Excel table so the report auto-updates without manual copy-paste.
• Keep the file lightweight and fully editable in Microsoft 365.
I’m not tied to a set style guide, so you’re free to apply your own design judgment as long as the result looks polished and professional. I do expect pixel-level attention to alignment, consistent colour use, and properly named styles so colleagues can expand the document later without it falling apart.
Deliverables
1. Final .docx file with all dynamic links working.

3. Quick screen-share or loom clip (2-3 min) showing the auto-update in action.
