Dynamic Excel Order + Sales Dashboard

I need a single Excel workbook that runs almost like a lightweight app. It should:

• Stay synced with the Maersk API so every time I hit refresh, the latest shipping ETAs flow straight into the sheet.
• Track orders and shipping from order entry (yet to ship) shipped, delivered
• Track sales performance against both this year’s budget and the same period last year, rolling the figures forward automatically.
• Present a clean performance dashboard built around charts and graphs so I can spot trends at a glance—no static tables unless they support the visuals.

Power Query, VBA, Office Scripts or another reliable automation method is fine as long as it keeps everything refresh-able with a single click and doesn’t require paid add-ins.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. Fully working .xlsx file with secure Maersk API connection and editable credentials area.
2. Automated data model that populates order-tracking, dispatch flags, and comparative sales metrics.
3. Interactive dashboard tab featuring the agreed charts and conditional-format alerts.
4. Brief setup guide so I can hand it to the team and they can refresh or extend it without you.

NOTE i have built half of this already with Power queries being driven fro a master table but am running low on time and want to some fresh eyes aswell.
