Departmental KPI Coaching and Tracking

I need to refine and structure our department-level KPI system with a clear emphasis on goal setting and ongoing tracking. My current challenge is translating broad “units performance management” targets into specific, measurable indicators that every department can own week-to-week.

The engagement should walk me through best-practice frameworks—OKRs, SMART targets, scorecards, or similar—and show how to cascade them down to each department, set realistic benchmarks, and visualise progress in a simple dashboard (Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI—whichever suits the process best).

Deliverables
• One focused coaching session (live video) addressing our existing metrics and redesigning them for departmental use
• A practical KPI template or worksheet pre-filled with sample formulas and goal-tracking checkpoints
• A concise step-by-step guide that explains the review cadence, data sources, and responsibility matrix so that teams can maintain the system without external help

Acceptance criteria: by the end of the session I can plug in real department data, see automated status colours, and schedule reviews confidently.
