Delivery Metrics Dashboard Build

I’m looking to build a clean, interactive dashboard that visualises our delivery data with a strong focus on performance metrics—above all, the success rate of each shipment. The goal is to give my ops team an at-a-glance view of how reliably we meet promised delivery windows.

Scope
• Connect to our existing data source (CSV export or —whichever you find fastest).
• Calculate and display success-rate KPIs with daily, weekly, and monthly views.
• Include simple filters (date range, ID number, etc).
• Design intuitive charts/tables that refresh automatically so the numbers stay current.

Nice-to-have
If you can also surface delivery-time or cost-efficiency insights without blowing out the timeline, let me know—those could roll into phase two.

Tech stack is flexible; common options like Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or a lightweight React/Chart.js build are all fine as long as the final dashboard is shareable with non-technical teammates.

Deliverables
1. Functional dashboard hosted or packaged for easy access.
2. Brief setup/readme so we can reconnect data on our side.
3. A short hand-off call or recorded walkthrough.
