Data visualization is Vega

I need a data visualization expert to create a heatmap and a stacked bar chart using Vega. Key features will include horizontal panning in a Stacked bar chart so that it can handle large volumes of data. While the type of data to be visualized hasn't been decided yet, expect to work with diverse datasets ranging from temperature to distance or population or custom. This project needs to be completed ASAP.
