I am looking to hire a talented freelancer to complete an IBM employee attrition analysis. The main objective of this project is to identify KPIs, key factors influencing attrition and recommend strategies to reduce attrition. To achieve this, I am providing employee demographic data, performance metrics and satisfaction surveys for the analysis. I would like to utilize descriptive analysis to compile and interpret the data. The scope of the project will include creating a comprehensive report outlining patterns in attrition rates and developing strategies to reduce employee attrition. The end goal is to provide useful data-driven insights on tableau dashboard, including story telling on the dashboard. A successful freelancer should have extensive background in analyzing employee data and experience producing comprehensive reports for corporations.
