Dashboards for Service Company

We have several companies, each providing multi-services (electrical, mechanical, plumber, etc.). However, we need to build dashboards for only two companies for testing. Each company has its projects managed by cloud-based simPro software. Each company has also its financials managed by cloud-based XERO accounting software. Both simPRO and XERO databases for each company are linked. We need to develop power-bi OR Google data studio dashboards for each level of our management team to monitor and manage the progress of each project at each company which we enter in our systems on daily basis. We need to create dashboards for project team lead, Project Manager, department head, senior leader (CEO) and, Owner of the companies. Senior management dashboards are intended to manage and monitor all projects in all services, as well as monitor the financials of each company, at respective level. Based on communicating with other freelancers, there are two ways to access data in simPro and XERO. One way is to read and store the data directly from the databases using APIs. Once data stored in Excel or google sheets, dashboards can be easily developed. The second method is using 3rd party connectors, which is expensive method due to the addded monthly subscriptions to the 3rd parties. If you have other solutions, will be happy to listen.
