Dashboard developed from inputted forms
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a data visualization dashboard designed. There will be 3 groups of users: 1. External user, 2. Directors 3. Managers. Each user group will have their own usernames and passwords. This will be an online platform / dashboard.
There are 6 regions, region 1 - 6. Each region has a manager. The manager for each region need access to keep track of their progress on a report. Attached is the form / inputs, each manager of a region will have to submit. For each question they select "yes or no" and when they select yes that they have completed the task, each input has an assigned percentage as per the attached spreadsheet. The manager has to complete the steps in the set order provided.
At any given time the manager will be presented with a pie chart of the percentage completed of their tasks. A manager only has access to their assigned region.
The Directors group will be able to view all the inputs of the 6 different regions from a dashboard. They will be able to see pie charts of % completion of each region as well as a pie chart of % completion of all regions put together. The directors will also be able to view all the input the manager has made for a specific region.
The external group will only be able to see pie charts of % completion of each reach and a pie chart of % completion of all combined 6 regions.
