Each day I receive new financial records that must be logged accurately in Excel and turned into clear, up-to-date line graphs. I’ll provide the raw figures; you’ll handle the data entry, keep the workbook neatly structured, and refresh the visualisation so it always reflects the latest numbers.

Consistency is crucial because management relies on these charts for trend analysis and quick decision-making. I expect formulas to be error-free, dates and amounts formatted properly, and the chart to update automatically as soon as new rows are added. If you can build a simple dashboard or use features such as named ranges and dynamic chart references, even better.

Please be comfortable working with Excel daily, double-checking accuracy, and turning around updates promptly. Once set up, the workflow should be smooth: enter today’s figures, verify totals, confirm the line graph updates, and save the file. That’s the entire scope—clean data in, reliable chart out, day after day.
