I’m building a single, easy-to-use spreadsheet that can accept both numbers and text, run its own calculations, and instantly turn the results into clear visuals. The file must also guard against bad entries so that every figure and label stays reliable.
Here’s what I’ll need from you:
• Automated calculations – once data is entered, the sheet should perform all required math or text-based look-ups without extra clicks.
• Data visualization – dynamic charts or graphs that update the moment the source data changes.
• Data validation and error checking – drop-downs, input rules, and alerts that stop typos or out-of-range values before they skew our numbers.
You’re free to build in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool if it provides the same functionality and an easily shareable final file.
On delivery, I’d like the finished spreadsheet, brief setup notes explaining where formulas live and how to add new data, and a quick test to show that validation, calculations, and visuals all fire correctly.
