Custom KPI Sheets & Reports

I want a set of plug-and-play KPI sheets that let me drop raw data in one tab and instantly see the health of the business on another. The core focus is both sales/revenue and customer satisfaction, so the workbook must calculate and visualise figures such as monthly sales growth, average revenue per sale, customer acquisition cost, Net Promoter Score, customer retention rate and CSAT—plus give me headroom to add a few extra metrics later.

The build needs to be lightweight enough to live inside Excel or Google Sheets yet professional enough to drive board-level conversations. I’m picturing:

• A clean data-input area with clear field labels
• Automated calculations powered by formulas or pivot tables
• A dashboard page that converts the numbers into trend charts, traffic-light indicators and drill-down filters (date, product line, region)
• One-click export to PDF for weekly reporting

If you prefer layering Power BI or Looker Studio on top for richer visuals, that’s fine as long as the underlying sheet stays editable and self-contained.

Please deliver the finished workbook, a sample dataset that proves the math works and a short loom-style walkthrough so I can roll it out to the team immediately.
