Creation of a Shiny application with horizontal bar chart

I am looking for an R/Shiny developer to faithfully reproduce a horizontal bar chart grouped by thematic categories, using a reactive dataset.

Requirements

Reproduce the chart style exactly (horizontal bars, faceting by theme)

Display percentage values on the right side of each bar

Make the chart dynamic using reactive() / eventReactive()

Simple Shiny interface (UI + server)

Clean, well-commented, and easy-to-modify code
