I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a tool that will generate bespoke productivity reports using data from Clio. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Clio and be familiar with its data structure.

Specific Data from Clio:
- The tool should include billable hours data from Clio in the productivity reports.

Report Format:
- The reports should be in the form of a realtime dashboard.
- The dashboard should show the billable hours for each fee earner on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- The data should be presented in both hours and pounds (£).

Frequency:
- The productivity reports should be generated in realtime, meaning that they should be constantly updated as new data becomes available.
