Corporate Phone List Deck
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I have an Excel spreadsheet that holds our team’s telephone directory, and I want it transformed into a polished, corporate-style PowerPoint deck that I can circulate internally. Every name, extension, mobile number and department from the sheet must be laid out so the information is immediately readable while still looking on-brand and professional.
Please apply the same visual standards we use in our client-facing material—clean typography, a restrained colour palette and plenty of white space. Our company logo should appear on the title slide and in the footer (I’ll supply the vector file). The entire file needs to stay fully editable in PowerPoint so we can update numbers later.
Deliverables
• One 16:9 PowerPoint file with all contacts formatted and styled
• Embedded or referenced fonts and colour values used
• Any graphic assets created for the layout packaged separately (if applicable)
Acceptance Criteria
• All data from the original Excel sheet is present and accurate
• Corporate styling is consistent across every slide and the logo is placed as specified
• No content shifts, broken links or missing fonts when opened on a standard Windows install
If you work comfortably with Excel data imports and have an eye for clean, corporate design, this should be a straightforward task. Let me know your timeline and any clarifying questions.
