Copy-Paste Data with Visualization & Editing

I have three connected tasks that I would like handled end-to-end. First, I need large batches of text and numbers moved from assorted PDFs and web pages into the correct columns of an Excel sheet—this is straight copy-and-paste work, but accuracy and a tidy structure are essential. Once the sheet is complete, I want the key figures turned into clear data visualizations. You are free to use Excel charts, Power BI, or any other tool that exports cleanly into PowerPoint; my only requirement is that the final visuals drop seamlessly into the slide deck I’ll provide.

The third part is light video editing. I have screen-capture clips that walk through the data story, and they need trimming, simple transitions, and the finished charts inserted at the right moments. Output should be an MP4 that plays smoothly on both Windows Media Player and in a PowerPoint slide show.

Deliverables will be:
• A fully populated Excel workbook with no empty cells where data is expected
• A PowerPoint deck containing the finalized charts, formatted to match the existing template
• A polished MP4 video (1080p) that aligns with the slide sequence and runs under five minutes
