Complex Patient Logbook Development

I need an Excel logbook to organize data for over 300 patients in my postgraduate course. This logbook is complex, with 50+ items to fill out per patient across multiple sheets, and is essential for record keeping and examination purposes.

Data to be tracked includes:
- Detailed medical history
- Treatment details
- Item codes billed

I would also like a front page for data entry, where I can key in the information, and data can be sorted and flow through into the sheets.
