Company-Wide Balanced Scorecard Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m putting a single, organisation-wide performance measurement system in place and need a Balanced Scorecard that everyone—from executives to frontline teams—can read at a glance and act on immediately. The framework must cover the four key perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth, linking each to our strategic objectives and turning them into clear, trackable metrics.
You’ll receive our strategic plan, historic KPI data, and access to key stakeholders for clarification. From that input, create a concise scorecard (ideally a one-page view) and an accompanying update dashboard in Excel or Power BI so that progress can be monitored in real time. Each measure should include a definition, baseline, target, and data source, making future refreshes straightforward.
Acceptance criteria
• All objectives map cleanly to one of the four perspectives and support company strategy
• Metrics follow SMART principles and draw on data we actually collect
• Visual layout is intuitive for non-experts and prints cleanly on A4/Letter
• Demo file loads without errors and refresh instructions are clear enough for a non-technical user
Once these points are met, the project is complete and ready for rollout across the entire organisation.
