Climate-Water Causal Loop Diagrams
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m preparing a systems analysis that examines how climate change alters water distribution, and I need those ideas visualised clearly. You will receive my written conceptual descriptions and transform them into 2–3 causal loop diagrams in Vensim. Each diagram must show the key variables, indicate the polarity of every causal link, and highlight the reinforcing or balancing feedbacks so the overall logic is unmistakable.
Because these diagrams will guide later modelling work, they have to be easy to read, visually tidy, and internally consistent. I’m looking for someone comfortable with systems thinking who can translate narrative explanations into tight, well-structured loops without losing nuance.
Deliverables I expect:
• Up to three Vensim-formatted CLDs (exported to PNG/SVG as well)
• A brief note for each diagram explaining the main feedback structures and any assumptions made
I’ll judge completion on clarity of variable naming, correctness of link polarity, and overall visual cleanliness. If this matches your skill set in system dynamics, I’m ready to share the source material so you can begin.
