Business Proposal & PowerPoint Preparation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced proposal writer and presentation designer to prepare a complete business proposal and PowerPoint deck for the Gulfood 2026 Pavilion Project.
The freelancer must review the provided RFP document (attached PDF) and prepare the proposal exactly as per the structure and requirements in Annex 2 of the RFP.

1. Written Business Proposal (6–8 pages in English)
o Executive summary
o Company introduction (we will provide our company info)
o Pavilion concept & booth design explanation
o Operation and manpower plan
o Budget summary (itemized cost table in AED)
o Project timeline and deliverables
o Compliance notes and risk management
2. PowerPoint Presentation (10–15 slides)
o Professional layout and visuals aligned with the RFP content
o Clean and corporate style (ready to print and submit)
3. (Optional) Visual support such as concept mockups or layout images

Requirements
• Proven experience in business proposal writing or RFP submissions (preferably exhibitions, government tenders, or event projects)
• Excellent English writing and presentation skills
• Understanding of event management or exhibition operations
• Ability to deliver a submission-ready proposal deck

• PowerPoint (.pptx) file for the presentation
• Optional PDF version for submission
