Build a Spotify real time web-based visualization dashboard

Any project scope or the project details should be inside the report that i have made, the report is based on the preparation phase on what I should be do for my current semester. But basically, I want to make a Spotify web-based visualization dashboard in real time (approximately from 2016 until 2022). However, i don't have enough time to extract data, and also, I'm not too sure where to extract the data for the all-country data. If anyone can help me find the source or the place for me to extract or export the data for all countries, I would gladly do it. So, if anyone is there to help, please message me. My minimum wage can be provided for now it's around $191, I'm still a student with a part time job so just bear with me. Thank you
