Automated Excel Sales Dashboard

I need a self-refreshing sales dashboard built in Excel that can cope with the large files my system produces—about 8 million rows every year covering salesperson, SKU, channel, and more.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A clear file-upload routine so I can drop the newest Excel data file into a folder and hit “Refresh” to update everything automatically (Power Query or similar is fine).
• Core visual components: interactive charts and graphs, pivot tables, plus filters/slicers so I can drill into any combination of salesperson, SKU, channel, period, etc.
• Sensible aggregation behind the scenes so the workbook stays light enough to open quickly despite the raw volume.

A basic, working prototype that proves the refresh flow and key visuals is all I need at this stage; once that foundation is solid I’ll iterate further. Please leverage standard Excel features—no expensive add-ins.

Deliverables:
1. One fully linked dashboard file.
2. Step-by-step notes showing where to place the raw data and how to refresh.
