Airbnb Revenue Dashboard Creation
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a straightforward, visually-clean dashboard that tells me two things at a glance: how much money each of our managed Airbnb apartments is going to bring in and how full they are, today and for the next three months. A single pie chart is the style I have in mind because I want the proportional view to jump out immediately; if you think a small companion element (tooltip or drill-through) will make the insight clearer, feel free to suggest it.
Data will come only from our booking system, so the solution has to connect to that source—API, scheduled CSV export, or webhook, whatever you find quickest to keep the numbers current without manual uploads. Two filters must sit on the dashboard: a simple date-range selector and the ability to narrow results by apartment location. When I shift either filter the pie should recalculate on the spot.
Deliverables
• An interactive dashboard (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio or another modern tool you recommend) showing revenue and occupancy percentages for today + the following three calendar months.
• Automated pull from the booking system, refreshing at least daily.
• Clear instructions—one short page or video—so I can tweak rate logic or add new units later.
Once I see revenue and occupancy together in this format I’ll be able to react quickly with pricing updates, so accuracy and a fluid user experience are key.
