Advanced Spreadsheet Project Forecasting Visualization

We would like a spreadsheet to be able to show the next 4 year projections in a gant chart view based on the data input per project as you see in the Project Data tab.

We want to be able to filter the chart by the stage that the current project is in. So for any given month turn on or off the filter for the rating as below:

Site status rating 1 - 7. Filter ratings on and off

1. Defects Period
2. Construction Phase
3. Pre Construction
4. Planning
5. Legals
6. Probable
7. Possible

These are the main data inputs which are largely there already.

Status
Total number of units
Dates for
Legals
Planning
Pre Construction
Construction
Defects Period
Unit numbers

The distribution of the cash is currently worked as an S Curve based on start date, construction time and contract value.

It needs to be more visually pleasing than the chart on the attachment and provide better overview of our financial quarters and years.
