I have completed a rigorous study and now need a polished PowerPoint deck that clearly presents my findings to an audience of academic peers. The content is ready; what I’m missing is the visual storytelling expertise that turns dense data and complex methodology into slides that are concise, logically sequenced, and visually engaging.
You’ll work with the following assets: my manuscript, raw tables, a few existing charts, and conference formatting guidelines. From these materials, I expect a cohesive slide narrative that highlights objectives, methods, key results, and implications without diluting scientific accuracy. Thoughtful use of colour, typography, and layout is essential, as is consistency with academic conventions (e.g., proper citation placement, readable font sizes for lecture halls).
Core deliverables
• A fully editable 16:9 PowerPoint deck (approx. 20–25 slides)
• Custom data visualisations or redesigned charts where needed
• Speaker-note placeholders that mirror on-screen content
• A brief hand-off document explaining fonts, colour codes, and any embedded media
Acceptance criteria
The deck must load error-free in the latest PowerPoint version, adhere to the provided template margins, and accurately reflect every numerical value from my dataset. I’ll consider the project complete once the slides are clear enough for a stand-in presenter to follow without additional explanation.
