Academic Conference Poster Designer (A0, PPT)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing an A0-size, portrait research poster for an upcoming international education conference and I need a designer who understands scholarly conventions. You will receive the full manuscript plus the official poster guidelines, so every element on the poster must mirror the paper with absolute accuracy—no marketing flair, just clear academic presentation.
Here’s what I need you to handle:
• Build a clean, minimal layout in PowerPoint (.pptx) that I can edit later.
• Establish a clear visual hierarchy that reads comfortably from 1–2 m away.
• Reserve a dedicated area for author names and affiliations (I’ll add those).
• Follow an academic colour palette—subtle, professional tones that won’t distract from the data.
Scholarly fidelity is my top priority; all figures, tables and text must echo the manuscript exactly. Of course, strong data visualisation and flawless readability still matter, but never at the cost of content integrity.
When you respond, please include:
• Two or three samples of academic or scientific posters you’ve produced.
• Your expected turnaround time.
• A quick confirmation that the final file will be delivered as an editable PPT.
