ASAP Project Update Slide Deck

I need to turn a large set of project-update notes, charts, and timeline screenshots into a polished, on-brand PowerPoint deck of 20+ slides—fast. This is for a business audience, so corporate styling, clear data visualisation, and consistent formatting are essential.

You will receive the raw text, spreadsheets, and a rough agenda. From there, I’m counting on you to:

• Arrange the content into a logical flow that highlights progress, milestones, risks, and next steps.
• Design clean master layouts that match our existing colour palette, typography, and logo usage.
• Convert data tables into visually engaging charts or infographics directly in PowerPoint.
• Add subtle transitions or animations only where they aid comprehension, not distract.
• Supply speaker notes for key slides so presenters can elaborate confidently.

Deliverables
1. Fully editable .pptx file ready to present.
2. Exported PDF copy for email distribution.
3. Any custom graphics or icons created during the process in their original formats.

Acceptance criteria
– All 25-30 slides use consistent styling and follow brand guidelines I’ll provide.
– Data points are accurate and match the source sheets.
– No pixelated images; all assets are high-resolution.
– Deck is delivered by the agreed deadline so I can rehearse.

Tools likely in play are PowerPoint (Microsoft 365), Excel, and, if you prefer, Illustrator or Canva for quick graphics—just keep everything ultimately editable in PPT. If you have availability right away and a proven track record with corporate decks, let’s get started.
