ticketmaster.com inventory counts

I would like ticketmaster.com api to be used for this project. What I need is
1 each week ticketmaster.com has events that go on presale and general onsale, I want to track inventory counts from every event.
2. I want to get alerts when any event has inventory drop below a certain threshold. For example I would get an email alert when inventory drops below 20% of the total venue capacity. Or get an alert if the amount of tickets left drops below 200 tickets.
3. I want to be able to go in and see all events and what the remaining inventory counts are.
