Project Description
We are hiring an experienced data scraping developer/team to collect 5 million fresh lead records.
We will NOT provide access to our existing database.
The freelancer must share emails or unique identifiers so we can validate freshness on our side.
Freshness Requirement (Critical)
• Data must be new and unique
• No access to our database will be given
• Freelancer must:
• Deliver emails / unique IDs
• Allow us to internally filter and cross-check
• Any records found to exist in our database will be rejected
Quality & Filtering
• Remove:
• Duplicates
• Spam / junk records
• Records containing bad words (list will be provided)
• Ensure:
• Proper field formatting
• Consistent structure
• Valid-looking emails (no obvious fakes)
Data Fields (Example)
• Company Name
• Website
• Email (mandatory)
• Country / Industry
(Final schema to be finalized before work begins)
Process Requirements
• Provide sample data before full-scale scraping
• Phased delivery (e.g. batches of 250k–500k records)
• Payment tied to accepted records only
Deliverables
• 5 million clean, formatted lead records
• CSV / Excel / JSON format
• No reused, purchased, or leaked datasets
