Scrape Data From Handwritten Notes

I have a collection of handwritten notes that I need converted into a clean, structured dataset. Because I selected “Data scraping” rather than manual typing, I’m hoping you can combine OCR or similar extraction techniques with a quick validation pass to keep accuracy high. You will receive high-resolution scans of each page, and the end goal is a neatly formatted spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) with every field clearly labeled and free of transcription errors.

Along the way, please flag any illegible words so I can clarify them, and feel free to recommend the best toolkit—Tesseract, ABBYY, Python-based OCR, or anything you’re comfortable with. As soon as we agree on the column layout, you can dive straight in; I’m ready to supply the files immediately.
