Scrap an Excel document

Hi all, hope you meet well.
I need a person to "scraping" me in an excel document. The document is attached to this project and is called "Date".
There are about 2000 to 4000 entries that have a URL corresponding to an image of an email, what I need is for this person to click on this url, open the link and replace the url with the email address that appears in the image of the link.
Attached are also the 3 steps of working with images: 1 - Identification of the column with its URL, 2 - Copy of the URL in the browser where it shows the email to be copied and 3 - The email address to replace the respective weblink in the "column G" of the Excel file "Email".
