School Realty Referral System

Job ID: 40545137

Budget: $10 – $20 NZD

I need an end-to-end referral engine that links local schools with real-estate agents, tracks deals, and turns every closed home sale into a $699 cash bonus for the school while we collect a 10 % success fee.

Scope of work
1. Data acquisition
• Scrape fresh contact lists from the three approved sources—school directories, real-estate listings, and relevant social-media profiles—then compile them into a clean CRM-ready file.

2. Outreach flow for schools
• Build an email-only sequence that introduces the program, explains the $699 payout per qualified property lead, and guides administrators through sign-up.
• Automate timing, personalisation, follow-ups, and opt-in handling.

3. Agent attraction campaign
• Create persuasive digital stories—video testimonials, success-story articles, and supporting infographics—showing past wins and community impact.
• Position the 15 % commission share so agents see clear value while understanding Knock Knock handles payouts to schools.

4. Prediction & forecasting
• Use local market data to estimate annual home-sale volume tied to each school catchment and project how many $699 payouts a school could expect per year.

5. Tracking & reporting
• Dashboard updated weekly summarising: data sources tapped, outreach sent, schools onboarded, agents enrolled, $699 deals signed, and cumulative revenue.
• Exportable CSV or Google-Sheet format for transparency.

Payment structure
For every completed deal you facilitate, you retain 10 % of the $699 reward ($69) as a success fee; the balance flows automatically to the school.

Deliverables
• Scraped contact database
• Automated email funnel (copy + tech setup)
• Agent-facing content suite (videos, articles, infographics)
• Forecast model with underlying assumptions
• Live reporting dashboard with weekly updates

If you’ve built similar lead-gen funnels or referral monetisation programs, let’s talk about timelines and the tech stack you prefer (HubSpot, Zapier, custom scripts, etc.).
