Job Description:
I'm looking for a smart, detail-oriented freelancer to help me build a list of contacts from capital raising companies (firms that raise money for real estate, private equity, or venture deals).

For each company, I need one high-quality contact—preferably a Managing Director, Partner, or Head of Capital Markets—with:

Full Name

Job Title

Company Name

Verified Email Address

LinkedIn Profile

Personal details: what they post about, any interests or hobbies you can find (e.g. sports they play, causes they care about, etc.)

This is not just a data scrape—I want someone who can dig in and give me enough context to start a personal conversation with each contact.

Requirements:

Experience researching investor or executive-level contacts

Access to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, RocketReach, or similar

No generic emails (info@, admin@, etc.)

Fluent English, excellent written communication

First batch: 60 contacts, with potential to scale
