A new customer already has live listings on both Airbnb and VRBO. I now need those exact listings rebuilt under my property-management company’s airbnb and vrbo and internal platform so owner can transfer management to my company.
Your task is to pull every public-facing detail from each source listing and recreate it in new listings on 3 platforms (airbnb, vrbo, cabocondovacations.com)
• Photos – download at full resolution and upload in the same sequence
• Descriptions – copy the headline, summary, space details, neighborhood info, house rules, and everything that shows to guests
• Settings – occupancy limits, bed configurations, check-in/out times, cancellation policy, taxes, fees, and any automated messaging templates
• All amenities and other details – every toggle or checkbox that appears on Airbnb/VRBO must match one-for-one in the new system, including accessibility notes and safety features
- reviews scraped so can paste as pictures
Acceptance criteria: when you finish, the new listing should visually and functionally mirror the originals so closely that a guest would never notice a difference.
I will provide platform access plus URL links to the existing listings. No API work is required; a careful manual or semi-automated scrape is fine as long as accuracy is 100 %.
