B2B Real Estate Data Scraping + Octoparse Workflow

**Description:*
I am looking for an experienced freelancer in data scraping / data extraction to build a database of professional contacts in the real estate sector in France.

**Data to extract:**

* Company / agency name
* First name & last name (if publicly available)
* Professional phone number
* Professional email (if available)
* City / location
* Type of business (agency, developer, notary, independent agent)

1. Clean dataset in **Excel format (.xls)**
2. Functional and reusable Octoparse workflow (.otd file)
3. Short explanation on how to rerun and adjust the workflow (filters, locations, etc.)

**Requirements:**

* Structured and stable workflow (pagination, detail pages, error handling)
* Reusable solution
**Required profile:**

* Experience with Octoparse or similar tools
