I need a clean, up-to-date CSV that lists every NDIS-registered provider operating anywhere in Queensland. The spreadsheet has to contain three columns only—provider name, contact email, and website URL—nothing more. Please make sure each entry is strictly limited to organisations whose head office or service coverage is inside Queensland, no interstate records.
Deliverable
• One UTF-8 CSV file with unique rows: Provider Name, Email, Website URL
Acceptance criteria
• All emails must be live (no @ndis.gov.au” placeholders or obvious bounces)
• No duplicate providers; spelling reflects the official NDIS register or the business’s own site
• Websites should load without SSL or 404 errors
• File passes a random spot-check of at least 30 records for accuracy
