Product download, price and inventory updation on time

1. Need to download all product information from Walmart.com after filter by keyword or catalogue and then export all those products information to XLS form
2. Need to design one small tool to spy Walmart item price , inventory and shipped by Walmart status and then update the price and inventory in real time on Amazon account
