Pitch Deck for New Development

Hello! I wanted to see if you'd have an interest into hearing more about creating a 10-15 pitch book for my new construction real-estate developments primarily multifamily. I would like to format this to be able to use it on different deals as they come up with making minor adjustments. I would like to receive your expertise in this area from having produced pitch decks that successfully raise money and are pleasant and easy to understand. Amongst other things I would like it to outlining our investment strategy, our brand/expertise, the game plan for the particular project and what potential passive investors good expect from working with us.
