One-Page Amazon Data Scraper

I need a simple web page that lets me upload a CSV list of Amazon ASINs, runs a lookup for each one, and then serves back a downloadable Excel file. That file must include these exact columns in this order: product_name, main_image_url, list_price, sale_price, buybox_winner_name, and description.
