Nationwide Roofer & Contractor Leads

I’m looking for a data-scraping pro who can deliver thousands of fresh, accurate leads for small-to-mid-sized roofing and general contracting businesses across the United States. My priority is being able to get the owner on the phone, so every record must include a reliable contact number—ideally the direct line or mobile the decision-maker actually answers.

The list should exclude large franchise operations; focus on independent companies where you’d reasonably expect the owner to still handle calls or quickly return them. I will use this data for outbound sales, so cleanliness matters: no duplicates, no disconnected numbers, no obviously generic call-center lines.

Deliverables
• CSV or Excel file containing at least several thousand entries
• Columns: Business name, trade (roofing / contracting), city & state, verified phone number (mandatory), plus any bonus fields you can gather such as owner’s name or email
• Sources and scrape method noted briefly so I can gauge reliability
• Spot-checked sample of 50 leads up front for validation before you run the full pull

Acceptance criteria
• 95 % of sampled numbers connect directly to the company within three rings
• Fewer than 5 % duplicates in the final sheet
• Data delivered within the mutually agreed timeline
