Multi-platform Social Media Data Extraction

Hello,
I am looking for an experienced data scraper to extract metadata from all posts across 4 specific social media platforms for one creator.
Target Accounts:

Estimated Volume:
• X (Twitter): ~7,000 posts
• Bluesky: ~3,900 posts
• Instagram: ~420 posts
• TikTok: All existing posts
Required Data Points (for EACH post):
1. Post URL
2. Exact Date and Time of publication (Crucial: Must be converted to the Europe/Paris timezone)
3. Post Title / Caption text
4. Total number of Likes
5. Total number of Comments
6. Media Link (direct URL to the attached image or video)
7. Bonus/Preferred: The total number of comments posted by the author himself under the post (just the number, no text needed).
Expected Deliverable:
A single, clean, and unified Excel or CSV file. The columns must be standardized so the data from all 4 platforms fits into the exact same layout.
Budget & Technical Note:
My budget for this task is $40 to $50 maximum.
I am aware of the technical costs: the Bluesky API (AT Protocol) is entirely open and free, and since I only need surface-level metrics for the other platforms (no deep extraction of every single user comment), the proxy/computing costs are minimal.
