Melbourne Agency Staff Phone List

I have a list of real-estate agencies operating in Melbourne, Victoria and need every staff member’s direct phone number captured—agents, managers, administrative staff, everyone on the roster.

You’ll work through the list I provide, locate each person’s full name and their direct mobile or direct‐line number (no generic reception numbers, please), drawing from public websites, LinkedIn, industry directories or a quick confirmation call if required. Accuracy is vital because these numbers will be used for outreach.

Deliverables
• Spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with columns: Agency name, Staff name, Role/title, Direct phone number
• One row per staff member; separate rows even if people share the same office line
• A brief note/log for any agency where no direct numbers could be sourced despite reasonable effort

Acceptance criteria
• At least 90 % of listed staff have a direct number
• Random sample of 20 entries must ring through to the named individual or their personal voicemail
