Massive US Church Email Scrape (Up to 300,000)
Budget: $10 – $60 USD
I’m building a nationwide outreach campaign and need a clean, high-volume contact list before I can even think about drafting the first email. Your task is purely data gathering: deliver an Excel file containing roughly 300,000 unique, verified contact emails for churches across all 50 U.S. states.
Coverage
I’m interested in broad Christian representation, with a particular emphasis on Protestant and Evangelical congregations, but I’m not excluding other mainstream Christian churches if they surface during your crawl.
Data fields required
• Church name
• Contact email (preferably a monitored, general-inbox or pastor/office address rather than a generic “info@” that never gets read)
Quality expectations
• No duplicates—one row per church.
• Bounce rate after standard verification tools (Hunter, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, etc.) should stay minimal; anything obviously invalid or role-based and likely to hard-bounce should be removed.
• Format the sheet so columns are clearly labeled and ready to import into a CRM.
Deliverable
A single Excel (.xlsx) file meeting the above criteria, zipped if necessary for size. I’ll spot-check a random sample on receipt; if accuracy looks good, we’re done. If not, I’ll return it once for fixes before releasing payment (up to $60 total for the project).
