London Letting Agents Data Scraping

Please compile a clean Excel list of 500–1,000 London letting agencies, concentrating on independents with 1–5 branches and mid-size firms with up to 20 branches. I need full city coverage rather than limiting the search to specific boroughs or postcodes.

Required fields for every record:
• Company name
• Website URL
• Main phone number
• Office location (address or at least postcode & borough)
• Email address of the Lettings Manager or Property Manager or branch manager

Accuracy is essential: avoid duplicates, outdated details, or generic info@ addresses wherever possible. If an agency runs multiple offices, count it once unless each branch functions as a separate letting office; in that case, include each branch on its own row and note the branch location.

Deliver the finished dataset in a single Excel spreadsheet with clear column headers. All data must be sourced ethically—public websites, Companies House, reputable directories, or similar—so that every entry can be verified.
