Instagram Recording Artist Leads Extraction

I need a fresh, well-filtered list of Instagram recording artists that I can plug straight into my agency’s outreach pipeline. The focus is strictly on US-based talent. For each artist, I only need two core data points—profile URL and username—but every row must be vetted so I’m confident they match the criteria below.

What matters most
• The artist must be located in the United States (please include city and state so I can segment later).
• Genre tagging is essential—Hip-hop/Rap, Pop, R&B/Soul, Country, or any other style you uncover, as long as you label it clearly.
• Ideally they are already investing in ads, promo, or other marketing activities (a quick check for sponsored posts or ad library entries is enough).

Data delivery
Place everything in a clean Google Sheet with columns for Username, Profile URL, Genre, Location (city/state), Follower Count, and a short note confirming evidence of paid promotion. Remove duplicates and accounts that look inactive or spammy.

How you collect the information is up to you—Apify, PhantomBuster, or any other reliable scraper is fine—as long as Instagram’s rate limits aren’t breached and the final sheet is accurate. I’ll spot-check the first 50 entries; if they all hit the brief, we move forward with the rest of the list.
